Group Training is about having fun while getting fit. Achieving your health & fitness goals shouldn’t be scary or tedious. That’s why sessions are based around enjoyment and no two are the same!

Most of our clients worry initially that they won’t keep up with everyone else and won’t be fit enough. After their first session they realise that isn’t the case at all! Each session is full of different ages, shapes & abilities but EVERYONE works to their OWN fitness level. What this means is that all the information & recommendations I make, will be supported by scientific backing.

Unlike most fitness professionals, I have spent time working within healthcare, regularly assessing individuals health and learning how humans behave. You are a human, and you will make honest mistakes along your journey, and this should be recognised. All my services are moulded to your current lifestyle and adapted to what you believe is realistic.”
